La Nuit de Yalda, la plus longue nuit de l’année.

La Nuit de Yalda, ou Shab-e Yalda, est une fête traditionnelle iranienne célébrée lors du solstice d’hiver, la nuit la plus longue de l’année.

Une tradition millénaire célébrant la lumière et la poésie.

Les familles iraniennes se réunissent pour veiller tard, partager des fruits comme la pastèque et la grenade, des noix, et lire des poèmes, notamment ceux de Hafez, en pratiquant le fāl-e Hāfez

Saadi, le poète iranien à la sagesse éternelle.

Né à Chiraz au XIIIe siècle, Saadi est l'un des plus grands poètes de la littérature persane. Ses œuvres majeures, le Boustan (Le Verger) et le Golestan (Le Jardin des roses), sont des chefs-d'œuvre d'humanisme, mêlant morale, humour et réflexions profondes sur la justice et la compassion.

Charm

This film tires to narrate the story of Tooba who is the wife of a war-disabled veteran being paralyzed from neck down for a year due to the movement of the quivers in his body. He has even lost his speech ability. Right at the wedding night of his nephew when the children leave to attend the ceremony, he feels worse and becomes a martyr within some hours. The story is about the love of Tooba for the corps of her husband. She prefers to be alone with him after his martyrdom.

Saint Mary

In the year 16 BC people of Jerusalem are waiting for the awaited Messiah to be born but Prophet Imran’s wife gives birth to a girl who is named Mary (Maryam in Arabic). Since Imran’s wife had made a pledge to make her child serve the sacred temple until the age of puberty, the 6-year-old Mary is taken to a temple where no girl had ever entered and stays there under the protection of Prophet Zechariah, despite all the opposition by the Jewish rabbis. Mary is eventually driven from the temple and meanwhile, by God’s will, Mary gets pregnant and this raises people’s suspicions. Feeling insecure about the birth of this child, Herod orders that the baby should be killed, but the newborn startles everyone by beginning to talk in his cradle.

Javanmardan (The Chivalrous)

An animation series depicting the resistance of the Iranians against the Mongol invaders. The story of a group of brave and self-sacrificing warriors who come together to fight for their land and people. Even though the group gets disorganized and smaller, its chivalrous members continue to fight to maintain the beliefs and values of their community. The animation features stunning visuals and thrilling action, reflecting the unwavering determination of these young men to protect their homeland from ruthless invaders.
